Shannon is a Bay Area local; She earned a degree from Cal State Univ., Hayward. Prior to Real Estate, Shannon worked with various consumer oriented companies in roles that allowed her to refine her experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Though she’s been involved in real estate since the early-nineties, she became licensed professionally in 2002. Since that time, she’s consistently been a leader in sales production and has received various recognitions & industry designations. Shannon’s passion to serve clients by fulfilling their home needs has yielded her a successful business. She has earned dedicated, loyal clients offering her repeat and referral business. John Berger | Team Member
John was raised in the Bay Area and has resided in Walnut Creek for the past 20 years. John earned a BS in 1990 with an emphasis in Real Estate and an MBA from St. Mary’s College in 1999. He and his wife are currently raising their two middle school children who are active in many local youth sport programs. For nearly 25 years John has worked in real estate with a focus on appraisal, valuations, and sales. For over a decade he owned a successful appraisal company where he focused on commercial and residential appraisals. Data analysis is John’s forte! John’s clients will benefit from the wealth of knowledge he has in home valuations in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. John’s goals are to provide his client’s with an extremely high level of service combined with a high level of analysis and attention to detail to ensure clients unique needs are exceeded.
Jessica Parisi | Transaction Coordinator
Jessica has been with the Danville office for seven years and has been managing all transaction files for the Berger Real Estate Team since 2013. As a transaction coordinator, she is responsible for adhering to standards as it relates to the documentation necessary for a complete transaction file. From the time an offer is accepted until the property closes escrow, she ensures the assembly, quality, and distribution of contract documents (including addendums, inspection reports, and disclosures). Using our State of the Art Transaction software, Planet RE and Docusign, she digitally audits the file to ensure quality assurance. With Jessica on the team, Shannon & John’s clients confidently know all requirements have been met!
Jackie Frese Escrow Officer at Fidelity Title Company
Jackie is a resident of Contra Costa County for over 40 years with 20+ of those years in the Escrow and Title industry. Jackie is a critical member of Fidelity National Title Company. In addition to her management experience, as a Senior Escrow Officer she is experienced and well versed with all title and escrow aspects as it pertains to Residential Resale, 1031 Exchanges, Refinances, Construction Loans, Subdivision and Commercial Transactions. Jackie is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and accuracy in the preparation of closing documentation. There are many escrow officers to chose from, but none like Jackie!
